The Process


We begin each search by thoroughly understanding the ideal candidate profile. This involves reviewing the job description, discussing professional and personality requirements with the client, and conducting additional profiling of the current workforce.

Stage II: The Search and Initial Screening

Once the candidate profile is defined, our recruitment team actively searches the market and our network for suitable candidates. These profiles are then further assessed through phone and video screenings.

Stage III: The Candidate Selection Process

After a candidate passes the initial screening, we conduct a skill-assessment interview and/or a case study. Successful candidates are then presented to the client for final interviews.
